I just had a very poor experience at Francesca’s at the Danbury Fair Mall. I walked in at 3:45pm today, Saturday, and the salesperson promptly greeted me and let me know that the store would be closing at 4pm. According to their website, today, February 8, 2025, the store is supposed to close at 9pm. Then my daughter looked around for a few minutes, grabbed two dresses and was told the fitting rooms were closed. Well, they should’ve just closed the store at 3:45 pm. What’s the sense of keeping the store opened if you’re not allowing anyone to use the fitting rooms even though there was another ten minutes before they closed? Francesca’s obviously doesn’t appreciate my money and I won’t be going back and would discourage you from going there as well. Read moreConsistently one of the best clothing stores in the Danbury Fair Mall. The styles are cute and trendy and there’s always a wide array of seasonal clothing to choose from. I particularly love the assortment of dresses and jumpsuits and can always find something to match every occasion.
Clothing styles in general run large and on the longer side for us petite ladies. Generally, I can always find the needed sizes online, but it can be frustrating only seeing one size run of a particular item in store. Better organization in terms of opening fitting rooms would also be helpful.
