The owner, "JJ" quoted me $90 to install my dual channel front-and-read-all-in-one, dash cam in my 2021 Kia Niro EV.

I came in, as agreed, the next morning. When I got there he said it was $180. I said that he quoted $90 and he said "I didn't know what type of car". I did specifically advised him twice that it was a :"2021 Kia Niro EV, an all electric car".

His son did the work and it was well done and done in 45 minutes or so. The son know what he was doing.

When I left, the son charged me $120 not $180 "because (he) felt bad about (his) father not honoring the quote".

No waiting room. An available chair was very dirty.

But the work was done on time and done right.

It is located in the parking lost behind a muffler shop and is not easily visible...

Ive been here a few times and have come to appreciate the good work they do but the service is inconsistent and the work hours are made up. There is a hand written sign on door that says open from 12am-7pm. I showed up a littlw after 1230 around the same time some one was just unlocking the door. I asked if there was some one who could work on my car to fix something they installed and was told yes but then placed on the phone with someone who said they'd be there in 20min. 30min later i was told he was on his way i have now left and probably wont be returning. In business the best ability is availability. You can't claim to open at 12 get there at 1230 and not be able to help anyone until 130 or later. Whats the point...

Work is good quality but business ethics are NOT. I was quoted $90 by the owner (JJ) to hot wire my dash cam. Yes, I did tell him exactly what model it was and what make and model was my car. I also provided him with the install kit. When I got there he now said it's $180 ! He would not honor his quote. His son, Kevin did the work, I am happy with the work, and Kevin said that he'd"just charge (me) $120.

I called about 2 weeks later and asked how much to hot wire my radar detector. JJ said $200 ! SAY WHAT?!!!! (I have the install kit as well)

I'm done with...
