We "had" been Baer's Hollywood customers for the past 7 years. Had purchase entire Living Room set (Natuzzi), table sets, 3 swivel chairs (very expensive) and other items. Our last purchase was on 5/2023, another Natuzzi "custom made" Power Recliner C063-N54 (We paid $3,035.86). It took over 4 months to get it delivered. When we got the recliner it had different "leather grains" types all over the chair. It looks mismatched, like a patch job. Same day we when to the store to talk to somebody they kept sending us to different people. Then the lady that sold us the chair (Wilma) was called and she kept saying she did not know what to do. Finally they gave us phone# in headquarters and my husband had to talk to the manager in Sarasota (Kent H) explain to him and we sent him pictures. He said he will open a case. Then we kept waiting and waiting no call back. Husband went by the Hollywood store āagainā, talked to Manager Pilar Morrell she said she could not do anything, for my husband to call another number the "Natuzzi Expert". We left message, waited again, called gain. After a few weeks, finally the Expert came to my house to "inspect" the chair. He said that he was going to do a report with pictures, send to Natuzzi in Italy. We are still waiting. It's been over 1 month! Does Natuzzi factory have any type of quality inspection/assurance? Whoever made this chair needs glasses! Horrible customer service after we have spent so much money at that store and have been referring and bringing customers/friends to that store. We will NEVER-EVER go to that store EVER again!...

Kat Becker was the first to greet us and we walked out each having bought the same sale leather couch. Then I went home and measured every room in the 3 bedroom condo I was under contract. I was hooked on the quality, pricing and selection. Selected Stanley Furniture for 2 bedrooms with mattresses, Lexington Oyster Bay for the full dining room and living room end tables, selected a funky seagrass colored wave table to hold my curved flat screen tv and selected a fabric chair and ottoman by Robin. Kat said what are you going to do with the window treatment? Replace the vertical with new but she suggested buy extra fabric that matched the chair and let their company make curtains and throw pillows. Fast forward a year later now I was ready to get my workload off my dining room table. Today I purchased an Aspen executive credenza by Arcadia that fits the bill and was priced just right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made my first purchase here in this store of a dining set, sofa, and mattress as floor sample and everything was in great condition when we bought it and I spent almost 3,500 dollars on all this. When this past Saturday on the 17th, the delivery arrived and all the furniture came wrapped with only clear plastic and it is supposed to be protected with blankets and the delivery guy was unprofessional. And also the dinner table had a 7 inch, deep scratch and it was not there when we bought it and we have pictures of that to prove that it was not there. I spoke to the manager of the store and she said thatās a floor sample and we canāt return it and she tried to take away her responsibility that the delivery had to be in good condition like the day I bought it. She said she was going to send a courtesy service to try to fix the deep scratch.
