I traveled on 6/3/24 From Cancun to Orlando with connecting flight at Ft.Lauderdale. I am extremely dissatisfied with TSA Agent Lloyd's rude demeanor and failure to clarify why my duty-free items were confiscated which were all clear liquids. This contradictory action undermines the purpose of duty-free shopping, leaving me confused and frustrated. As a traveler, I expect courteous treatment and transparency from security personnel. Agent Lloyd's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, tarnishing my travel experience. TSA took extra long, checks and checks again because the machine didn’t capture the image. Employees of different ethnicities fighting and nodding heads, others laughing and talking among themselves, no rush, no sense of urgency.
To top it off. On 1/15/24 our spirit flight took off without us gate F4. There was no megaphone call, no last call, no nothing.
