Plane Box Food Co — Restaurant in Florida

Flying out on 9/15/17 I stopped at a Plane Box Food Co kiosk at Ft. Lauderdale airport to buy a fruit cup for my son. Did not open it until we got on the plane and as soon as I opened it i could tell that the fruit was sour. Tasted a small piece of canteloupe and my suspicions were confirmed. On my way home, i stopped back by to the same kiosk and let them know what had happened and they offered me a free fruit cup and a water. I had asked for a number to call the company headquarters but never received it. Well that was a mistake! The second cup which i opened in the car in the way home was SOUR AS WELL!! Never will purchase from them again! Unacceptable! Esp. Since On the package it is advertised as a Kids Cup!! Plane Box Food Co feeding kids...

The customer service is horrible. The cashier Odette (which was the name on my receipt)was very rude. I witnessed her yell at a customer for no reason. The lady was not sure how to use the coffee machine and the cashier just came out of no where yelling at the lady instead of exemplifying the customer service she should have and explained to the lady how the machine works. People are already spending their money on their high priced items. They should not have to get a side of rudeness along with it. My advice is that they need to train their workers on what customer service looks like and how to be nicer to...

I ordered coffee from a young lady named Denise # 331667, the absolute rudest and nastiest person I have ever encountered in my life! Her nasty attitude was totally unprovoked and unwarranted! All for just ordering a cup of coffee! I paid in cash and she gave me back change pennies and quarters. I dropped the remaining change in the tip jar, the coffee was $4.00.
