The worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! Pathetic service and they work as if people aren't urgently waiting to check in and get on a flight. Azul literally blocked 3 different airlines checkin entrance simply because their 5 careless employees cannot handle the flight check in booth. The line is currently at 150 people, it is literally out the door and they are working slower than ever.

We finally were able to finish the flight check in. I found out through a bit of Q&A with a couple of the other airline employees, and I discovered that the Azul employees opened up the fight check in kiosk over an hour and a half late which is what caused all the pandemonium. Read moreA traveler’s cellphone alarm was ringing for several minutes, preventing peace of mind for everyone around. It became infuriating after 10 minutes of ringing. I approached the Azul Airline counter at the gate and asked if they could politely intervene. They rudely told me I could turn it off myself and walk it to lost and found on the other side of the airport. When I explained I didn’t know who it belonged to, and asked if there was anything else they could do, the lady at the counter scoffed and said, “No, it’s not mine! What do you want me to do?”
At the very least she could have been kind. She could explained that it wasn’t part of her job, if that is even true. Beyond rude with no regard for any one’s...
