Six cheese bagel! Yum. And brisket TX style yum! For a mostly vegetarian person this intrigued me. So I got one. It was a total of $9.78 for the TX brisket breakfast bagel sandwich with 1 egg and which included $1 tip for the cashier who took my order bc she was very friendly and sweet.. I can’t say the same for the lady who gave me the bagel however who was not nice or friendly at all and gave me a dirty look when I couldn’t hear her small mouse voice calling out my name when the bagel was ready (it’s a busy and loud airport with a ton of ppl talking on line and in the seats). So the bagel and brisket and egg (which was mostly egg whites which I loved and pre-made into a slab of omelette style for fast food bagels) came out hot which was great. Then I opened the sandwich to see so little brisket. It was good meat and not just fat parts but so little of it and compared to the picture it was no way near what the picture looked like which drew me to buy it. And the 6 cheese part was amazing. Lots of cheese and some of it mounded on thick that it was chewy and like having cheese on pizza in some parts. But the bagel was weird. It was like a soggy frozen bagel from the supermarket and not the typical chewy bagel Einstein is known for. And the bottom had no cheese (I wasn’t expecting it) but it didn’t look like a bagel. It was more like a piece of low quality and soggy flat bread. So I don’t know if it’s bc of the egg and cheese and brisket that it made the bread soggy but either I will ask for it to be extra toasted or just get a toasted bagel with cream cheese next time. The great thing is it’s open at 5am even on a Saturday morning! So it’s the only hot food open at Terminal 4 so it’s a Long line which goes fast enough.

I will always say this: “leave your bad day at the clock in station, no one needs your attitude” I have a flight for 7am, as I passed by I saw a lady setting up the station while she gave the public her back. Very polite I said excuse me, she did not even acknowledge me, once more I said excuse me, to which she responded “ We open in 5 minutes “WHILE still giving me her back. As I walked away I said ok good morning. She did not bother to turn around not once but she did respond to my good morning by saying “I said we open in 5 minutes “ . I found this to be so rude and unnecessary. She did not even know what I was going to ask her because she never bothered to face me. I could have been asking the location of the restroom for all she knows instead she was too inconvenienced to turn around (sarcasm). I responded to her rudeness by telling her “I heard what you said I said good morning because it’s the polite thing to do.” Quite honestly, I am aware we all need a job however if this is the way she is going to treat people she needs to stay home or be fired. PS: this happened at 604am, I wasn’t aware they opened at 609am.

I ordered a specialty bagel with no meat (vegetarian here) and when I opened it, it was loaded with bacon. I took it back and the worker (a black female with a bold accent) asked me what the issue was. I told her, then she asked me for my name. I said it, and she asked for me to repeat it (as though I was the one having the problem understanding my own name). I repeated it again a bit slower—spelled it—and then restated it once again for good measure. She turned around, remade it and handed it to me without another word. When I received it, the photo is how she completed her job. She cut it in such a haphazard way, that it was clear that this was her way of being nasty. That’s fine. Enjoy your job, Sweetie, and I’ll enjoy mine. With that nasty attitude, your altitude is VERY limited.

I went there this past Saturday 8/27 traveling home and I will say this was the worse service I have received in years!! The line was long, but we were early for our flight. EVERYONE I encountered here had an attitude. The girl who took my bagel order, was more concerned with holding her conversation with another employee. No smile, no thank you, no nothing. They hand you the food and you are supposed to automatically know that you have to walk to the register. The older lady at the register was obnoxiously rude! My son asked her a question about if his apple pay went through, and she mumbled under her breath and mask saying something smart! Then she said with a nasty attitude "why would I charge you twice, that make no sense!?" There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking and double checking if your payment went through or not so you don't get double charged. The normal response would have been, "no it didn't go through, try it again." I held my tongue from getting angry and replied to her, "Im so confused why you have a nasty attitude" and walked away. TERRIBLE ATTITUDES! Not sure if there was a manager there, there were two employees at a pick up station (a guy and a girl) and they had better attitudes from what I observed while waiting on line. Management really needs to look at this place without the staff knowing to get the real experience. People go there because they are desperate for fast breakfast food before or after their flight. Between slow lines and terrible attitudes, I say grab a bagel on your way to the airport! 0...

Seriously. At an airport, you would think the folks working there would know about customer services and to treat customers with respect giving they are eating or having coffee at their restaurant. It could be the last service one is given at an airport just before heading back to their state or country. I ordered coffees with some friends as we were heading back to our home state after vacation in Florida. the coffee had a fly in it and the girl seemed as if she did not want to change the coffee. Finally after she pleases herself they decided to change the coffee. Only this time serving black coffee with no cream and no sugar. We asked for the cream, she then turned to Nazim the guy cleaning the floors and asked him to get some milk and creamer. we walked over to him waiting, then he tells us its the girl that had to get the cream. Very confusing. He then went to get an empty jug and places it on the counter, then off he goes back to cleaning his floors and the girl continued organizing the beagles. After over 10 minutes of still waiting they put the milk in the jug and basically slams it on the counter and tells us we can pour it ourself with her attitude. People here needs to be fired!!!! They are horrible and the worst of costumer service i have ever encountered. Never eating or drinking anything from this place...
