I have been calling them for months trying to get an appointment. I have left multiple voicemails but no one has called me back. I believe it is because they are aware I purchased a Groupon. For a consumer, the whole point of Groupon is to try out a new company to see if you like it before you pay full price for them. For the company, it is to get more business in the door. If you do not have the man power to handle the amount of deals purchased or have no intention of honoring the Groupon, then do not put the offer out there.
