My fiancé and I were having a hard time finding a wedding band I loved that wasn’t over 3k, I was discouraged that day & ready to go home. Last minute we decided to pop into Henebry’s, with not much hope. We were greeted by Vicky (absolutely amazing woman) and she took time with me to look at everything, take photos, give advice and more. They had beautiful jewelry, some of the same options as other local stores but they were priced fairly. I finally found not 1 but 2 stunning wedding bands and I couldn’t be happier. We went back this week for my husband’s wedding band and Kristi helped us find the perfect ring that he loves also. Simply put we walked out with 3 rings total of the same quality and we absolutely spent under $2. These ladies also helped me untangle a chain on my current pearl necklace while we shopped for no extra fee. When leaving they told us to come back right before our wedding and they would make sure all of our jewelry was clean and ready for the big day! I was shocked when they also planned to clean our other jewelry that we purchased elsewhere prior to finding them. I seriously couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. I was a first time customer with Henebrys Diamond Jewelers yesterday. I was looking for two special, intimate gifts for my biological parents that I just located only a few weeks prior! I walked into Henebry's after returning a piece to a competitor. As soon as I entered the store, the acknowledgement was warm. I did not feel pressured, I was given a wide range to choose from. I felt at ease, and proceeded to explain what I was trying to do, Phyllis and Ruthie guided me in the right direction. Then Phyllis gave me two options for credit. I was beyond enthused by the programs they offered; which resulted in my decision to purchase my lovely piece. The assistance, and the details with everything was more than I expected. Phyllis explained each step, and kept me apprised on the decisions with the credit plan. The customer service here is truly wonderful, Phyllis took an extra step and suggested other pieces that would complement my final choice and also gave suggestions for future purchases.
