"My blessings keep on pouring down on me y'all.. I was in your store today cause I had decor I wanted to change in my bedroom (found a beautiful 7pc.purple bedding set, etc.)In line there I struck-up a conversation w/the lil' lady in front of me, she gracefully put her items up to scan still talking to me well at her check-out she didn't have an OLLIE'S CARD so I gave her mine to use; she was so amazed with the kind gesture, y'all she reached in my cart & grabbed an item of mine to pay for it & said "The only thing we have to do is be kind to one another,& you were.."THANK YOU"and"PAY IT FORWARD".. maybe y'all she was about 4ft.something,cute & rosey, silver hair shiney like a new coin.... Maybe Mrs. Claus is on vacation before all the rat race start or maybe an ANGEL smiling down on me& YES I paid it forward....

I love all the merchandise that's for sale. I love browsing the variety of books in addition to a tremendous amount of merchandise but my last few visits have not been up to par. The checkout lines are a nightmare with only 1-2 lines open & people backed way up to check out. I've had to leave several times without purchasing because I didn't want to wait in the line. Don't get me wrong, i don't mind waiting for a few minutes but I'm not waiting when there are 6-7 people in front of me & the cashier isn't in a hurry. I'm not sure if the number of staff is down or what but something has drastically changed within the last few months. I do like this store, I just hate waiting in line to buy from them. Discovered this location a month ago. Shopped there and enjoyed the finds and especially the prices. I remember seeing their ad in the closeout news trade magazine many years ago, but did not know they had an outlet open to the general public. I do issue one caution, if you see something new, try it out immediately. If you enjoy the product, return quickly and buy as much of the product you can afford. At this type of outlet, if you see something you like, get it all, because the chances are very likely you will never...
