Order a lava-lamp online and I hate online ordering,my lamp came in and it was a used lamp in the box, someone swapped a used lava-lamp and put it in the new box and it was delivered to me, I was mad at first till I called customer service and they gave me 2 ways to do a exchange, one take pictures of my shipping invoice a picture of the lamp box and the used lamp and fax it or email it and I'm old and don't know how to do this on these smart phones so they said to go to the store and get it replaced with something close to the one I wanted or I would have to send it back and that's why I hate ordering stuff online because of problems like this but I found one that was close to the one I wanted and the 3 lovely lady made my day, worked it out in less than 10 minutes and the helpful lady's names was CYNTHIA, KATIE AND AUNISTY very pleasant to me and everyone who walked in while I was there, I will go back because I seen a whole lot more stuff I want to get but I was in a hurry,my hat off to them for making me feel respectful and everyone that was in there shopping and I will be back,...
