Black woman here. Not sure what these other reviews are talking about but I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was super warm and treated me like every other customer at the store. I was greeted when I first walked in and asked if I needed help. This sweet girl helped me for about 20 minutes looking for sizes since I’d lost a lot of weight from the last time I shopped at Lulu. I asked for the burgundy set she had on but she told me the color was out of season and showed me the same cute comfy set in other colors they offered. After finding my sizes I told her I’m going to browse so she gave me her name in case I needed help and let me go off to look around. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of leggings and a workout top that I love. I’ve been to other locations near here and they aren’t as attentive and kind as Darien! Highly recommended going here. As a Black woman, I felt extremely unwelcome at this location. The environment was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Despite making eye contact with me just seconds after I entered, the employee took several minutes to acknowledge or assist me at the register. To make matters worse, she falsely claimed my card was declined and attempted to charge me twice—even though the transaction had already gone through. I had to pull up my credit card app to prove it.
