Walgreens — Local services in Darien

This has been our pharmacy since it opened, but recently they have had either no pharmacist or internal computer issues, both resulting in the pharmacy not being open, sometimes for days and weeks at a time. The computers have been down for 2 weeks now, more or less with occasional days where everything was open, but as of today the pharmacy is temporarily closed again. No communication to the customers, and my usually automatic refills were not addressed. I had to call and find out they were not able to fill/refill scripts, and then rush to get my scripts moved to a different pharmacy. This location, and Walgreens in general, are no longer reliable. My family will be moving to CVS...

What is happening with this formally excellent pharmacy? I understand a pharmacist left but the customer service is terrible. My last 3 refills I have been notified as ready only to go pick up and be told “you have to wait 10 minutes”. This happened one time with each person on the line. One woman was even given the wrong medication. Come on corporate, pull pharmacists from other locations to staff your “new flagship store in the Darien Commons” I do have commend Leeann and Rosa for their patience and...

Pharmacy is a Poor customers service , when I called for my prescriptions they said we don’t have anything for you , after they said we have it in rude position. I use cvs Newfield, my doctor by mistake sent my prescriptions over there, again the personal are not a friendly stuff , and make a mistakes to many times , they resolved yes but is estress fully .

No their fault but the app is very poor quality, I can’t see my prescriptions and refill directly from there, take a look...
