Delicious Vegan Options & Amazing Customer Care I stopped into Gregory’s Coffee in Darien specifically because of their amazing vegan options — a rare find for breakfast on the go! While my original order (the vegan croissant breakfast sandwich) wasn’t available when I arrived, the staff quickly offered me a swap, and the vegan breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious.

What really stood out was how Gregory’s handled my feedback afterward. I reached out to share my experience, and the team responded warmly, acknowledged my concerns, and assured me they’d take my suggestions into account. That kind of openness and care makes a huge difference and shows what a thoughtful company Gregory’s is.

Between the delicious coffee, stylish and clean store, kind staff, and their genuine attention to customer feedback, I’ll absolutely be back — and I can’t wait to try that croissant...

My husband and I came in on a Monday morning around 8am for a cold brew and a latte. The coffee itself was good. 4 stars. But the wait was rough. 1 star. We ended up standing there for almost 30 minutes. There were two people behind the counter, but it seemed like they were focused almost exclusively on fulfilling mobile orders while 8+ of us waited in line with no movement.

I totally get that mobile orders are part of business, but the balance was way off. It would make a huge difference to have one barista handle mobile orders and one handle in person customers. It just felt like we were invisible.

VEGAN options and delicious! I stopped here on our way out for a bike ride, and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that they had a ton of vegan options including Matcha, coffees, vegan cold foams, vegan smoothies, vegan breakfast sandwiches and vegan pastries. I have been on the search for a vegan chocolate croissant and after 6 years, I found one here I’m sure I could’ve asked them to warm it up but it was incredibly delicious and I will be back for more. A must try! I also got the Blue Dream Matcha and it was delicious. So thankful for these hidden gems that have a plethora of vegan options. Hopefully they are...
