As both a former customer and a current tenant at Darien Commons, I've reached a point where I no longer feel inclined to visit the store. The customer service has been consistently poor, and it’s often impossible to find staff available to assist. Despite having supported the store since its opening and reading numerous reviews, I've had to withdraw my support upon realizing that the same employees are still providing subpar service and demonstrating a lack of professionalism. Even complimentary ice cream from the regional manager doesn't compensate for the disrespectful and arrogant behavior I've encountered. Jahniya provided the most exceptional service and encouraged me on getting out my comfort zone to try new flavors! She in fact did not let me down! Her bright spirit is exactly what any work environment needs! She truly deserves a raise, my ice cream was given to me in almost the blink of an eye with all the right portions. 10/10 will be returning to try more of the recommendations from all the delightful staff .
