Island Fun Rentals — Local services in Dauphin Island

We rented a 6 seat golf cart for two days. Second day we had a tire blow out. Called, guys that came changed tire was very nice. However we then noticed the front tires were really bad like the rear one that blew out. We returned it to Island Fun Rentals filled it up with gas. We were scared we would have another flat. Not a good idea for women. Island Fun Rentals DOES NOT GIVE ANY MONEY BACK IF YOU TURN IN THE CART EARLY EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SCARED THE OTHER TIRES ARE REALLY BAD. The tire they replaced the bad tire with is a new one. So my thoughts are why do they rent golf carts out with bad tires. Also if you do rent from them make sure tires are not bad, it would also be wonderful if people could understand...

Do NOT RENT Golf Carts here. What they post for rental price and what they actually charge do not match. They charged us $50 more for a 3 day rental then their posted price. They give you the run around stating that price was not valid. I asked why do they not remove it or update it. They then start talking in broken English not understanding what we are saying. We will never rent here again as they use false advertising to get you to rent from them. I should give them a zero star if it would let me. I stood in the "cart rental line" for 20+ minutes waiting for the lady in front of me to get her rental. When it was finally my turn to rent, the girl working the counter walked off without saying anything. Then a guy came to the counter, I'm thinking he's going to help me. No, he just slid some jewelry displays in front of me and walked off. So needless to say I walked off. I went across the street a gladly paid more to be treated like I wasn't invisible.
