First of all!!! Let me say Jennifer as well as the owner I am HORRIBLE with names went above and beyond today! I called first things this morning ( I was SURE they would be sold out for the day) however, I really wanted to get the princess a PINK golf cart to roll around the island on! They had tons left as they have 34 on hand most days. Jennifer was amazing to communicate with. She was the sweetest southern bell you will ever meet! The owner himself picked my family up from the ferry dock, drove us to the shop so we could sign the paperwork. Jennifer was there and knew exactly who I was as soon as I walked in. She walked us through the process quickly giving all the details. We also recieved a discount card for the adorable shop that is attached. There was an issue with my card (totally my fault) she was kind, and we resolved it quickly without an issue and they were very understanding.

Additionally we forgot to grab the Bluetooth speaker from them, they drove across the island to ensure we had the speaker and had the best experience. The golf cart itself was perfect. The color was everything I could have imagined. My daughter kept calling it her barbie car. She was in heaven the entire day! The price was very resonable as well. It was about $190.00 for 24 hours which seemed incredibly reasonable. They gave us a pamphlet of all the things around the island to do which was amazing as we were first timers.

At the end of the day, they had us meet back at the shop, and they drove us back to the ferry stop so my family did not have to walk the 45 minute walk to the ferry. Jennifer while driving us back was very personable and she told some pretty amazing stories. She was very attentive to my daughter who is on the spectrum and typically doesnt warm up to anyone.

It should also be noted that while speaking with the owner he stated that he gives rides to whoever needs rides so people do not have to walk even if they have not rented from them. How sweet and special is that.

The rental golf cart was great. Had no issues and was a lot of fun taking the kids around. The store is nice although the prices are about what you would expect from a "tourist" boutique.

There were only 2 negatives which are the reasons for my 4-star review. First, when picking up my rental, the process was extremely long with the lady (possibly the owner) seemingly a bit scattered and repeating everything many times. She also decided to do the process with me and another renter at the same time which made it take even longer as she kept going between the two of us and making the same statements again and again. The other renters were new to the island so she went over all the great things about the island which was unnecessary for me as someone who has frequented the island my entire life, but I had to sit and wait through that as well. It wasn't terrible, but it did take nearly an hour past my pickup time before I was able to leave.

Additionally I was told extending my rental would be no issue, but when I tried to extend it, they had already rented it to someone else. Not a huge deal, but I wish they would've been clear that this was a possibility instead of making it seem like there would be no issue to add more days.

Overall it was a good experience and I would likely still choose to rent here again over the other guys on the island despite not having any experience with the other guys. I just know what to expect now so I think the experience will be...
