Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Davenport

I love shopping for lingerie for my clients and I love Victoria Secret online. So this was my first time IN the actual store. The lingerie was gorgeous as always and I was greeted fairly quickly. My issue didn't arise until it was time to check out. There were about 4-5 ladies working the floor and one male cashier. After standing in line for a while I heard someone ask 2 of the ladies who were just standing by the back cash registers chatting if they could check out there. Of course they said no, that this was the line to check out. The male cashier was trying to go as fast as he could but the line kept growing. At once point it went from the left side of the store where the registers are to the right side and around the corner. A group of ladies behind me walked out and I still tried to wait. Finally after the young man tried to get help from one of the 4 ladies hurtled in a corner chatting and being ignored I put my items back and walked out.

I felt like I was at Walmart where the employees would rather gossip instead of work. I felt horrible for the young man who was busting his butt to get people checked out, with no help from the manager or the other employees. Besides me there were 2 other groups of people who put their items back and walked out. Not the best way to get business or even...

Staff:The staff greeted us as we walked in. I needed help with sizes for my wife there were not on the shelf and the kind lady helped me figure that out.

Building: The shop is in the mall. It’s clean, organized. Easy flow when there is high traffic.

Products: The products are just what your lady needs my guy! Women, I don’t even need to talk to you about them, you’re wearing something VS right now! It looks good on you too!

Parking: plenty of parking. Mall parking can be tricky with a bunch of people.

Star rating: 5 because of the price and the usefulness of the products. And my lady loves the stuff.

I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.

Horrible!!

Save your time and SHOP ONLINE.

You’ll be waiting forever to check out. I wanted one thing and waited over 15 minutes in line while 4 other employees were talking in the front doing nothing. And it was not even busy, the cashier was too busy talking to her friends as she was ringing them out which made the process even more slower , and the other employees were talking doing nothing acting like they are working ..

Listen, open the damn registers so people can shop and get out . I don’t want to be waiting around over 30 minuets. I want to go in and get out.

Please train your employee better and open up the registers so costumers don’t have to wait forever to buy their items !
