SCAM at this gas station: I am beyond belief of the experience today. This gas station is a scam! I am surprised too because I have come to this WaWa several times before with no issues...or, maybe I just had not noticed before! On Thursday Morning, July 28th, Gas pump number 6 robbed me of my money. I came into the gas station due to the "Regular Gas" price decreasing in our economy lately. I thought the price for "Regular" being at $3.89 at this gas station was a deal, so I filled up my tank. However, the machine charged me for "Premium price" at $4.509. When I inserted my credit card and picked up the nozzle, I selected REGULAR. I always select the Regular gas button and when I do, I firmly press it twice to be sure the machine recognizes my choice. It wasn't until I got my receipt that I noticed I was overcharged. When I informed the Manager, he said that the receipt had the word PREMIUM (and when I saw...to my surprise it did)! I asked the Manager to look at the cameras because I did not select Premium. I selected Regular. He nonchalantly shrugged it off and said he can only go by the ink printed on the paper. I know what I selected and he insinuated that I picked the wrong button and that people make mistakes. I told him that I KNOW what I picked. I shared my thoughts that there is something wrong on the machine and to check the cameras again but, nothing was done. Watch your wallet! Regular is two buttons away from Premium. Regular is also the closest to Diesel! So, how could I not know what I picked? This gas station is a scam!!!! This has me believe that this machine is set by default to overcharge. I was charged $54.49 for filling 12.084 gallons ...for something I did not purchase! It should be $47! FRAUD! It is the principle...
Read moreHonestly, this location has poor service every time I’ve ordered food, I’ve had to wait a while. This time, I was absolutely not having it because they not only served a bunch of people in front of me who ordered after I did, but my order was actually sitting on the counter the whole time. After waiting for almost half an hour, and finally being sick and tired of being glanced over I said something only to be told, “oh well we didn’t know you were waiting,” all the while I was standing right in front of them. Then proceeded to ask me what my order was because they had already deleted it from their screen and didn’t even have a ticket for it anymore so half my order was made, but the other half wasn’t and at this point I was not only very hungry but frustrated that I didn’t even wait for the second half. I grabbed half my order and told him I would never come back and left. I have worked in the service industry since I was 16 (now 37), so I get how stressful it can be, but that kind of behavior is truly unacceptable. Obviously, the service industry in America had lost its mind and has truly gone to the dumps because the service is no longer thorough. I get that there are difficult customers who make the service industry a living hell but for those of us who rarely ever complain to be mistreated like that it’s inexcusable. I will never even go for gas at that location ever again. Believe me, this is not the only place, but it’s one of many where their service is...

9/17/17 11:35am Register 12 Cashier Bessie Trx: 497551
But this Morning I had enough of giving them chances... I put special order on my ticket as my husband wanted a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I got called to the counter and when I explained, I was mocked for not know what the special order button meant. Instead of perhaps saying, Mama we have our most requested breakfast items as a grab and go at the front. So I grab it at the front. The cashier I had Bessie; previously seen jumping the line upset that her sausage egg and cheese burrito was made wrong, cause there was no sausage) and then made into a sandwich, checked me out. I paid and out the door I went.
Only to get home, luckily only 2 miles down the road, to figure out the cashier was to worried about her breakfast that she has caused a huge Inconvince as the bacon egg and cheese bagel was missing.
So I go back, the cashier is walking through the store and I ask her what happen to the sandwich and she states idk you had it. As I shake my head she walks over to her counter and pulls it out from the bag stand. I do give her a piece of my mind that they continue to disappoint and all the hype about WAWA is horrible miss leading.
Customer Service is Key and it is certainly missing from...
