THIS PLACE DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW DELL LAPTOP. Don't waste your time or money coming here! Technicians, assitant and even owner lied to me about what was wrong with my laptop, the work they did, and tried to cover it up. I gave my laptop to be serviced because i had an issue with connecting to the internet. The day I called to find out if my laptop was ready I was told that "the motherboard is burnt;" to repair it would be the same cost as to get a new one so it's not worth it for them to fix it. THEY ACTUALLY DAMAGED THE MOTHERBOARD. Prior to being serviced the laptop turned on and I was able to use it for everything else. When I asked the technician if he took the laptop apart to see the problem he said no, he never did. Yet one employee at the store told me my laptop is not ready for pick up (the 1st time I went) because technician has to put laptop back together. The employee, Julia, at front said she turned the computer on in front of me when I first dropped it off. She never did. When I called to speak with technician about what he actually diagnosed he eventually hung up the phone on my face. So I decided to speak in person with everyone. The only person who spoke to me was the owner & Julia. Julia never admitted to her lie (that she turned laptop on in front of me). The owner covered up everyone's wrongdoing. When I asked why the technician is not coming out to talk and explain the owner said "he's busy working." As if my issue was insignificant and not considered work. Cameras in the store could prove I was right. But the owner just smiled and didn't want to take any liability for the damage his workers had done. Their attitude is despicable. They are not real technicians, but incompetent workers. I let them keep their $10 for their time, without even being offered to help retrieve my saved written work. This place is polite and friendly at first. It's annoying and highly frustrating when a store is not upfront in telling the customer that they don't deal with your type of phone. This store had no experience with my phone. The screen cracked put into repair. Received phone back after a day screen flashing. Couldn't send a message easily or dial a number. I had to buy a phone coz to fix my phone it would take up to 2 weeks and to get a.refund they taking the screen off. So I'm left with a faceless phone. I took the refund coz the fone I bought had no storage I would have to buy storage and I don't see why I should have extra expense, for a faulty fone given to me. I was able to burrow a better fone so I went back to the store to have them put another screen against my better judgement. But they were cheap to repair and I certainly got what I paid for. My fone is not the same as before. It's not an original screen so the sensitivity has gone, lighting is troubled notification lights stop working and it flashed for a while but it stopped flashing. This place lacks professionalism through my recent experience with them, after paying approximately $175 to have a Apple Watch screen replaced, just to not be able to use it because it will no longer keep charge. Prior to allowing them to fix the screen the Apple Watch fully charged was able to last me nearly two days, now the battery won’t last more than 4 hours. I’m convinced they must have damaged the battery because no work has ever been done to this watch prior to this and the watch is barely used. After I address the issue with the clerk at the store, he then goes on to tell me that he can fix it for an additional $35 but would not be responsible if it was to get damaged in the process, now if that doesn’t sound like a scam I don’t know what is.
