I recently hired Katlyn for our daughters baby shower. My daughter was adamant about a Mexican theme that consisted of casual hand held foods rather than a formal sit down meal. Katlyn gave us her ideas for appetizers and a taco bar and after making just a couple of changes we had what was a fabulous meal. We had over 50 people and everyone raved about the food. It was hard to decide which appetizer was anyone's favorite. Then there was the taco bar followed by dessert. Everything was perfect. Then there was Danielle the Mixologist who tended bar! She had specialty drinks with one in particular that contained watermelon that everyone raved about. She interacted with everyone sharing secrets to the perfect drink. Both ladies made a very hectic day very easy for me. The came and set up and cleaned up so well that I wouldn't have even known they were there except for the cute towel flowers Katlyn left in the kitchen! Thank you very much ladies for making a special day for my daughter even better with your food and your stories. We hired a personal chef to cook for my fiancée and me for our anniversary, and the entire experience was outstanding! From the start, she was incredibly responsive and flexible—willing to adjust the menu to accommodate our dietary preferences.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had two appetizers and an entrée: the chicken meatballs with tzatziki sauce were packed with flavor, and the tostones with BBQ pork were perfectly balanced—not greasy or overly sauced. For the main course, we had linguine pasta and steak marsala, and everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was spot-on medium, just how we like it!

She brought her own cooking equipment, and even cleaned the kitchen thoroughly after—leaving it just as it was when she arrived.
