Not sure this hit the spot as expected or as advertised.

I arrived very excited and communicated what I wanted to my server, which was very nice and willing to help. After explaining which items I wanted blended individually into my shake and which I wanted thrown in the shake after blending, I got a blend of absolutely everything I ordered instead. When I got the shake I said "I don't think this is mine as its missing all the toppings I asked for" and he said "well they're all blended" and I was like why? I asked for these as toppings. He argued with me that's how it was even after clearly communicating for nearly 5 minutes on what I wanted. He then wanted to add the toppings to the already blended mix, but I didn't want a blend of all the things I had mentioned (which is why I asked for it separately).

I had to ask to have an ice cream made instead as it didn't seem they could accomplish what I wanted (after touting personalization in all their ads and while I was there). The ice cream flavor was subpar (tasted kinds like nothing, just frozen milk) and the toppings just crammed at the top, with no toppings in the middle or bottom of the cup (kinda like a poorly made mcflurry).

As you can see in the photo below, doesn't even look that great or even compared to what they advertise.

As an ice cream #1 fan I have to say this place disappointed. The staff was nice, but not necessarily smart or efficiency. Took me about 10 minutes to get a poorly made order and I was the first and only person in line.

GET THERE NOW! I mean right now!! Okay let’s rewind, to start the environment is so cool! It’s super modern and very innovative. Yet inviting and fun! You can go there as a date night, family time, or casually enjoying South Florida. The staff is very helpful, pleasant to speak with; and went above and beyond to make your dessert and interaction THE BEST! Everyone wears a mask, gloves and there’s someone constantly cleaning/sanitizing. Now the menu is beyond amazing, there are so many options to choose from. The best part is although they have great pre-set combinations; you can add so much more. The options are unlimited and it really makes your experience that much more fun. Now for us BIG KIDS.... THERE’S ALCOHOL INFUSED OPTIONS! Say what??? Yep and what an adventure it is. Today I tried the Mermaid Martini. The presentation was impeccable!! The ice cream was piled high in a cute martini glass. I added fruity pebbles and rainbow sprinkles to my order. The ice cream was so creamy, tasty and beautiful all at the same time. The alcohol was perfectly balanced and made to perfection. It was decorated with glitter, mermaid fins, and tons of underwater characters. I mean it felt like I was at the Disney of ice cream!
