I would hate to be an employee here at this plaza. Was informed by property management after receiving a do not park sticker for loitering and over night claiming my vehicle has been sitting for two weeks. When it hasnât I do have a job and a life and donât spend 24/7 for two weeks in a plaza. As much as they need the business. It seems no one is safe to park. Yet I see many vehicles in the same spot no tags and or taking up multiple spots not receiving the same notice. I go to 5 and below, Ross, Home Depot, Michaelâs amongst all the other various food options in the plaza. Yet I have a membership to a 24 hour gym. Wasnât aware going different times of the day through out the week was a crime. Apparently they are spying on me as they claim I am living in my car in their parking lot. How would management know I am living in my vehicle in their parking lot? I have covers on all my windows. Parking lot doesnât have a sign saying no over night parking. And I come and go randomly throughout the day. They should rethink having a 24 hour gym while ticketing paying patrons in their plaza. Property management office didnât even have my name or vehicle but claimed I have been there for over two weeks without moving. Yes I said it their property management office assistant. I guess I need to get a lawyer involved and provide my time stamps for work seeing they know more about my life then they claim. And think itâs ok to tow paying customers illegally. I guess their lawyers will have a field day when they do...
Read moreThis shopping center has a LOT of stuff, which is great. There is a Trader Joeâs, tons of open air restaurants and dessert places in the middle, Costco, Best Buy, Home Depot etc. everything you need. But the place can use some work. The parking lot is very crowded and ugly on the Best Buy/Home Depot side. I think they could definitely put in a few more trees for shade, especially since so many were lost after Hurricane Irma, and add in some additional landscaping and some awnings to the sidewalk area to make it easier to get around in the rain and heat. Itâs so hot in Florida that some trees make all the difference in parking lots. Plus itâs just uncomfortable to be in place that looks more like a used car lot than a shopping center. There are only three exits from the shopping center and they get extremely congested. I usually take a back way out but thatâs inconvenient. They need to open another entrance closer to Nova Drive to free up some of the traffic. Thankfully the Chick Fil A entrance was changed so that itâs not blocking traffic anymore but some more improvements could be made.
It would be nice if they decorated for the holidays as well. A little more personality in general would...
Read moreTower Shops is an area I visit almost every Sunday after working out in Central Park. My two destinations are usually Trader Joes and on occasion, Taco Bell. Tower Shops is easily.accessible from 595 and also University đ Drive. It is laid out in a Capital U.format. Heading into it from University there are many restaurants, some large , some small. Major brand names such as Chic.Fil'A. đ Burger Fi , Twin i Peaks, etc. There are major chain stores in the inside of the. " U" with a major lane dividing the two sides of the "U". There are popular stores such as Ross, Michaels, ULTA , as well as.HOME DEPOT, BEST BUY, & MICHAELS JUST to name a few. Parking can be difficult especially on Sundays with traffic slowing to a crawl and parking a real challenge! Going home to Ft. Lauderdale I take the side road back leading me past COSTCO to the freeway entrance back to 595 and State Rd.84. It is an easy đ which only takes some 15 minutes. Traffic is light and there are several routes.available! I enjoy the change in localities and the chance to experience new locals.đ and P.S. Costco has some of the LOWEST â˝ PRICES. Almost makes me...
