I bought my first big girl car today from Vincent and he was AMAZING! I had requested information on a Toyota Highlander and he promptly called me the next day to give me a summary and offer an appointment to test drive it. I went today and fell in love with the car, he worked with me on the price since I have a new mortgage and a new baby. He was pleasant and efficient the entire time. Their financial assistant Sammy was just as amazing and patient with all my questions since this was my first experience buying a new car. They got the contract and explained all the paperwork in a timely manner, especially since my little one was becoming antsy. They went above and beyond detailing the inside and out and even gave me cute little headrest pillows for the seats and for my baby girl. I cannot express how amazing my experience was and how highly I recommend this dealership! I will definitely be back in the future if I need another car or even need work on my car. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS Vince and everyone at the dealership are very shady people they will lie to you about everything. Purchased a car in April that after the second day of ownership found oil leaking from my rear main seal and oil pan (which the dealership just said got fixed) They sold me a car they knew would not pass smog with a tuned ecu and aftermarket intakes. The whole time owning the car it never got registered (6 months) every time I called it would be a new excuse telling me the registration was sent when the dmv said that they haven’t received anything from the dealership.

This Business completely wasted my time. We talked online and on the phone regarding a 2016 BMW X5 listed on Facebook Marketplace. Then they quickly stopped responding to my texts. After finally connecting I tried 3 times to have them drop off the car for a pre-purchase inspection. After ignoring my repeated requests to arrange a time...I made an appointment that they agreed to.....and of course they didn't deliver the car or show up for the inspection appointment...or even let me know that they hadn't. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. I wish I could add a ZERO Star...
