The worst shopping experience ever in Davis. My two years old son touched hands of a displayed clock and she screamed and irritated. She took the clock away and kept saying “they are fragile, this is not a toy, they are not for children”. My son only touched it for a second and I was right by him. He was not playing with it or tried to lift it up. She was highly strung and as soon as I said “I will come back next time” she was happy that we were leaving. She is the most nervous person I ever met in my shopping experience. She has poor customer service skills and seem like she does not appreciate customers being at her shop. By what I saw, she does not want kids in her shop but ironically she sells kids books...

I walked in after hearing about it being a popular gift shop in Davis Downtown. It was hidden away and small inside, but very charming! It's spring right now so the store reflected that with the vibe and items for sale. I bought a pretty pair of earrings for a friend's birthday and she loved them! The owner was very helpful and also did a great job wrapping the present. Definitely a good place to shop for anyone who loves candles, scents, more feminine decorative items, or some vibrant jewelry. Would not say it is a gift shop for everyone's tastes, but if the person you're shopping for fits the vibe I felt while I was in there I'm sure you'll find something...
