So where do I start! So I tried this boutique out last year cause I really loved most of all of her clothes that she advertised. I believe I purchased almost $300 worth of clothing from her store. I noticed after a month my clothes had not arrived and when I looked at tracking of my order, I noticed that it stated that it was still in Dayton, OH. So I reached out to them via email and never got a reply back, reached out to the again, never got a reply back, I believe I reached out via email 3x and never received any reply, so at this point I start leaving my concerns on her actually IG page but she would delete them cause she didn't want the bad response on her public page, so she finally reached out. Told me she was sorry asked my order number and everything, but by this time I'm pissed I had to go through all of this. Come to find out half of the things I ordered was no longer in stock and I only received half of my order after almost going on 2 months of go back and forth. She apologize and gave me a 30 percent off, if I chose to shop with her again. Fast forward a year after, I decided to purchase another item from her, giving her a second chance cause things happen, and plus the order came arrived in decent time frame, but this time it was the wrong SIZE!! So now I'm like dang I done give this girl another chance only for her to mess up again, so I contacted her pissed cause what are you doing to keep messing up people orders, this is the second time!! She apologize and I'm like no, cause you keep messing up. She offered a refund or a exchange in size, but like I don't want to go out my way for something you messed up, for the SECOND TIME! Then that would stay dormant for like 7 days then it would actually ship and take an additional 5-7 days so I took a break from ordering from the company. I even kept ordering after she neglected sending one of my items. This last time she just ghosted me COMPLETELY!!! Never shipped my order, never updated me never responded nothing. What I canāt respect is her being active on Instagram but not responding to texts, emails, or comments but you can post and take pics and make videos but canāt respond to loyal customers. Making sure your customers are taking care of is how they always come back right? WRONG. Reached out to company numerous amounts of times. (Filed dispute with payment processer and they still have yet to get a response..Long wait times and no resolve regarding replies from company. Also reached out via Instagram. No response there or to emails. Yet they are posting photos all day long. Requested refund but was supplied a tracking number that does not update. I am in the same exact business. I know exactly how it works. You can mark an item shipped that hasn't been physically shipped. Stop stealing peoples money. Either ship all the missing orders from everyone or refund the money! Stop with the excuses!...
