The Designers Consignment owners are knowledgeable and professional people. My experience with both Todd and Jacob was excellent.

I have purchased from and sold with them since they opened their first storefront at least 15 years ago.

When were moving and wished to downsize our furnishings, they were the people we trusted. They came to out home on time, provided their expert opinion on what would sell and pricing. They provided a written inventory of the items they took to market and sell. They marketed, sold, shipped our furniture(some was quite heavy). They made the process seamless and pleasant.

I ordered a set of vintage Meito china and was blown away by the excellent wrap/pack/ship job they did! It arrived 5 days sooner than projected and was wrapped and packed to perfection! Not a single broken dish. I ordered that same set off the Internet three years ago (from an individual-not them) and it arrived in shards (broken bits & pieces). The dishes had a sheet of newspaper between each item and NO bubble wrap. It was almost impossible to get the seller to give me a refund, even though I sent pictures and even paid to mail back all the shards. So, needless to say, I was reluctant to place an Internet order again...so glad I did. I am ecstatic with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from...

I cannot express how helpful Designers Consignment was at helping me downsize my collectables. Their team was effecient and very polite. When I actually got a chance to visit the shop for the first time I was blown away! Their inventory is so unique and gorgeous!
