’m really frustrated with how my recent purchase was handled. There were no signs anywhere saying that swimwear is final sale, and the clerk never mentioned it. The next day, when I came in to exchange it, I was told—pretty rudely—that all sales are final.

When I pointed out that there were no signs, I was told it’s on the receipt. That makes no sense. If you only find out something is final sale after you’ve already paid for it, how is that fair? By then, it’s too late.

Policies like this need to be clearly communicated before the purchase—either by staff or with visible signs. This felt misleading. Was going to purchase much more the second day but after the attitude when trying to exchange, we didn’t purchase anything else and we won’t...
