LOFT Outlet — Local services in Daytona Beach

I visited this Loft Outlet in July 2018 and accidentally left a cardigan in the dressing room. Since I live a couple of hours away, I called the store when I noticed it was gone and asked if I could pay to have it shipped to me. They said they would ship it and took down my name, phone number, and address. I waited weeks and still hadn't received it so I called back. They knew exactly which sweater it was and assured me it would be in the mail that day. They lied to me until I was back in Daytona Beach and asked an associate in person. She said that it is never Loft policy to ship personal items and that they only keep lost and found for 3 months. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Most everything had a clearly marked sign with any discounts being offered. Much of it was 40% off lowest ticket price. The clearance section is to the back left corner.

I found a pair of black cords for only with dollars and some change! They were final sale. Great price and super soft. Perfect for work travel.

Staff was friendly at the registers and checking out was easy. Store itself was well organized and clean.
