Five Guys — Restaurant in Decatur

The Five Guys in Decatur, AL is hands down the best "fast food" restaurant in town. The food is always delicious and it's the only spot in town I don't have to double check my order before leaving. The staff is courteous, attentive and FAST. I don't mind waiting for a burger as good as theirs, but these guys are incredible. This particular location was a good experience all the way around. I'm traveling from out of town and have come to this location a few times since being here in Decatur. The staff are always nice and working hard. The food is always quick and delicious. The dining area is always clean and bathrooms are as well. I think the employees take care of the restaurant and work hard at least every time I've been in there. I have only been at lunch time so I can not speak for the night crew. If they are anything like the day crew I'm sure you won't be let down...

I am not one to publicly shame a business but we ordered take out and all the burger orders were wrong, we asked for (1) lettuce, tomato, onion and jalapeños, (2) lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, bacon and A1. The bottom bun was so soggy we couldn't eat it.. After passig the phone around three times, the last guy laughed at me then argued saying we ordered them "all the way" and kept interupting me every time I tried to speak.
