If I can give them negative zero I would do on a heart beat ! Very unprofessional & unethically I got here on a given appointment time, was given directions by (Jimmy) to park and wait to be called, since 5am it’s been over 12 hrs no one informed me anything about my load. I was proactively going back and forth about this whole situation when I was told to keep waiting. Basically I’ve screwed up my entire schedule. This is not how you run a company with such ridiculous time out!!! Many drivers been waiting for days to get unloaded . I will be definitely notating my company to be cautious when dealing with such poorly coordinated companies...

no one answers phone calls an no one answers the doors. no hours posted. there shipping an receiving is down a cramped alley way that has houses on one side. i had a 2300 appointment an sat here all night only good thing is i had a place to stay an sleep till morning. other than that awful customer service poor placement for a facility that deals with raw meat to be placed near a residential area. i feel bad for the residents in this area....
