Cato Fashions — Local services in Winchester

Was at the Winchester, TN store at 10:00 AM this morning which is clearly posted as opening time. I could see a person at counter, at 10:05 came to door, came outside told me, "running late this morning. Sorry had to go to bank before opening"! I was there at opening because I, too, wanted to get there early because I was in a time crunch. This is not an acceptable way to do business and treat customers. Constant stores not online but never would have this happen online!...

I love Catos! Got to the store just before closing on a Friday, having traveled from out of town to get there. Was disappointed to find that they were closing almost immediately, but Katelyn waited on me and was so kind to let me run and try on the outfit I had selected. Excellent service from a very kind lady who went out of her way at closing time on a Friday. Tullahoma and Manchester should get their stores back. I'll definitely be back to the Winchester...

Suffice it to say, had I been a secret shopper, they'd FAIL GLORIOUSLY. No one spoke to me upon entering the store. No one spoke to me while I took pictures in the store. No one asked if they could help me as I perused the clearance rack. No one said anything at all as I left the store. That kind of service will have me coming back NEVER. 🤷🏾‍♀️🎯💥 💥💥💥 Oh, I almost forgot to mention; there were no other customers in the store. 🤔🤔 I could make a guess...
