I don’t understand why anyone buys from this store.

I bought a yoga mat online that I thought was a good quality item. When I received it was stiff and poor quality for me.

According to the site I can easily return it to store. I walked in during covid and thought it would be a quick and easy experience.

Instead the teammate just said you can just leave it here and it’s returned... I said, what do you mean when I get no receipt. He then finally said I needed to wait for a store manager to get my return. I could not believe he actually thought I would just come back later and not be His problem. That was just so shocking for me and I was so angry.

Finally after 15 minutes of the store manager wandering around the store she quickly was able to return it even though he said it was not needed.

This location really has gone downhill. I’ve truly never gone to a Lulu right didn’t have exceptional. Customer service I walked in barely was greeted by anybody. Everyone was basically on their phone. A soft sensor on two pairs of socks went off as I’m exiting, which was highly embarrassing mind you I have extreme Anxiety when it comes to shopping as it is, but then she will be looked at as if I’m stealing after just making a purchase to top it off, I am currently back on my way to the location as the associate not only treated me as if I was incompetent and belittled my intelligence with Lululemon But she gave me the wrong thing after attempting to get me to order it online… Probably should’ve just ordered it online rather than stopping on my way to...

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I had been waiting to buy these leggings since they are pretty pricey, but so many people have raved about them that I decided to try them. I bought a pair of leggings and not even a month later the seams have pulls and they have stretched out so they don’t even fit. I went to tell them about the problem and ask for a new pair, per their quality guarantee, and was told that if they did that, “how would they make any money?” and they had to process returns like, “any other store.” I’m not sure if she just didn’t understand what the issue was but she wouldn’t even give me the time of day to explain the situation. Left the store feeling very disrespected. Will definitely not be shopping at this...
