Taco Bell - Live Más Café — Restaurant in Deer Park

Came in around 23:35. Checked in at kiosk with app. Kiosk wasn't working. Tried other kiosk, wasn't working either. Lost check in number. Stood at counter for service. 1 guy was standing in plain view, line of sight, texting on his phone and ignored me. The manager was telling him to get off the phone and do some work. He remained on phone. Another employee came towards the front to change out cinnamon twists, ignored me. A couple walked in to order at kiosk. Kiosk wasn't working. They saw me standing there with no one waiting on me and they left. Finally a female, possibly the manager came to the front and just looked at me. I asked her if I could order some food. She said to "use the kiosk". I advised her they weren't working. She came around and tried to use one, it didn't work. She told a n employee that they weren't working. He came out to look at them and he said "yep, they're not working" and went back to the kitchen. The female tried to take my order on the kiosk and asked for my check in number. I told her it wasn't gonna work because I had already tried to use it on another kiosk. She told me that she couldn't take my order on the register. Long story short, she took my order on the register, 2 crunchy tacos and a small drink. She didn't charge me for the drink. My order was made very quickly. Finally after about 10 to 15 minutes of entering the store I got to start eating my food. I was the only customer at the store, mind you. Worst Taco Bell experience...

If I could give zero starts I would do so. I understand this is fast food but the people working here should understand that the food they are preparing are for people just like them that want their dollar to mean something when they choose to spend money on something. I just left this location less than 30 minutes ago after ordering the “Build Your Own Meal for 4” online for $25. The food looks like someone already picked at it and ate it. There are a few pieces of ground meat in each hard shell taco, all the beefy burritos are filled with only beans, there was maybe 8 pieces of potatoes in each bowl, and the cheese that comes with the chips is almost nonexistent. I also did not get any fire sauce that I requested. I ordered this for my EMS station where myself and two other crews work the night shift. I would’ve turned back around to complain but I have a hard time with confrontation. After receiving this kind of service I will never return to any Taco Bell. I’ve had this happen to me before at a few locations with smaller orders but this was too far....

Just went to laporte taco bell at Walmart and went inside to order , after the guy took my money with his dirty black in colored purple gloves " from handling money", took my cash , put it in register , dug out my change ,handed it to me . Then walked right over to food prep bar and commenced to make my burito....half way thru I couldn't take no more , called him out on it and then stated they had the right to refuse service ,asked him his name he said chris,receipt says josh,ask for a manager he said he was, then commenced to make my food agin while showing me he changed his gloves.... how many people orders before mine were tainted with these nasty gloves!!!!??? Is there a way I can get my money back? Or does this need to be addressed to the health department? COVID IS STILL AROUND PEOPLE,my food is still uneaten and in car ,awaiting decision...
