DONT GO HERE!!!!....I’ve gone here a lot for about 4years... and I just left here a few minutes ago very disappointed and dissatisfied... A “nail tech” by the name of Sonny cut into my cuticle on each side of my nail bed with the file hurting my fingers (I told him he was to rough) by shaping the nail leaving my nails looking thick and unnatural with no edges so they look flat with domes of excess acrylic powder leaving them thick on top like stated before... I’m not one to come on here every time someone messes up we all have bad days but enough is enough this is the second time I’ve had to bring this to the mangagers attention on a separate occasion but trying to talk to someone that is just about the money which is evdedent to see when he puts a timer on his employees on the counter watching them making it very obvious that it’s about quantity not quality... sad to say that Nail Club has lost a valued customer... the one star to the female manager with glasses to offer to fix it but didn’t have a back bone to stand up for the right thing which was to redo the eff’ed up job that had been done.

FYI Note: I went in for refills from a light mood changing powder to a darker mood...

Do not go to this nail salon. My daughter was harassed by another customer and by the MALE NAIL TECH. Calling her chloe? Tho my daughter denied being her, they wouldnt leave her alone. The other customer , & MALE nail tech allowing hostile environment welcoming in the customers friend and husband CLAIMING THEY WERE THERE FOR BACK UP AND TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEMS. MY DAUGHTER WAS ONLY TRYJNG TO GET HER NAILS FINISHED AND HAD TO LEAVE WITH NAILS UNFINISHED, PAYING THEM 56 $ AHEAD. WE HAVE RECEIPT, PAID FOR JOB AND WAS CONTINUALLY HARRASSED UNTIL SHE HAD TO GET UP AND LEAVE BECAUSE OF THE HOSTILY AND FEELING THREATENED BY NAIL SALON TECH AND OTHER CUSTOMER. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. POLICE WERE CALLED. I WILL GET A REFUND FOR MY DAUGYTERS NAILS. SHAME ON YOU. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULDNT BE OPEN. NOT HOW U TREAT UR...

Had been going there for going on 2 years every 2 weeks for a man pedicure, enjoyed it until today. Was there and they was soaking my feet like always before the pedicure, 2 couples walked in 15 minutes after I was waiting my turn. Then the ladies just skipped over me and started catering to the 2 couples. When I mentioned they had forgot me, 1 lady that worked there started arguing with me telling me that they was there before me. The 2 ladies I was talking with even said I was there 1st and still was skipped over. I asked politely for a towel, dried my feet and will never be back, which is sad in the fact I enjoyed it over the years.
