Whataburger — Restaurant in Deer Park

I don't know what's happened to Whataburger at least this location in LaPorte... used to be the best ever and now it's always chaotic...... most the time they're getting people's orders wrong........ like today I ordered two number sevens without cheese I can't eat cheese... that's why I'll always order it without cheese..... anyway it came to me with cheese which I just gave it back didn't even open the package in case they wanted to serve those to someone else...... and the manager wanted to argue with me and said she repeated the order back to me twice and said with cheese... which I would not have ever ordered it thought it was more like she was telling me I ordered it wrong... it shouldn't be like that with a manager.. just make the corrections no matter whose fault it is and everybody goes home Happy..... with a customer is not in the company's best interest... the manager ran me hot and I asked for my money back and I left..... maybe some corporate people need to go down to this location and retrain these people and make it good like it used to be.. I think everyone loves Whataburger when it is done right... thank you...

Ordered online through THEIR APP never again! App told me the estimated delivery time was 11:19-11:29 11:35 comes around and i still haven’t received my order nor have gotten a notification that a driver has picked it up so i called the store they said they had just received the ticket for my order and they said it’ll be ready shortly then around 11:58 i get a notification for the app saying my order had been cancelled due to “technical issues” so i called again and they just said that the drive must of canceled picking up the order so i then ask will a new driver be coming she said yes and that my order was ready in their “hot box” for when a driver arrives 30 minutes goes by still haven’t received my order so i called again letting them know i will just pick it up i get there, inside was closed so i had to go through the drive through i get to the speaker no one acknowledges me for 10 minutes so i just pulled forward once i finally got my order it was stiff, the buns were hard as a rock, no cheese on my burger, and fries were soggy the could of at least remade my order for all the...

I love Whataburger & I have Never had the experience that I had today. Everything that could go wrong with the order was surprisingly wrong.

I completed an app order at 10:12 for curbside pickup. The ETA time for food to be out was 10:17-10:20. At 10:26 no one ever came. I walked in for my food thinking maybe they was short handed; they were not. I was told the food wasn’t ready.

10:35 I received my food. My fries were lukewarm & I was missing a fry order. Once I got that fixed. I get to the car and find a piece of a Blue Rubber Glove in my baby’s breakfast bowl. I took it back in and they refixed it but fixed it incorrrectly. I order it with no gravy and our gravy over it.

Whataburger are known for fries. The fresh, hot fries were burnt and my zero sugar lemonade was pure syrup. And my chicken sandwich had whatasauce Everywhere. It was like someone had an accident and waste it when they were making the burger and forgot to correct it.

I couldn’t bring myself to make one more trip back into the store to fix the breakfast bowl, drink, chicken...
