Very clean and organized, very nice ambiance, very relaxing.

Edit: i will say this though: when I arrived, i was told that i would be charged 35$ instead of 45$ on account of it being my first time, and 30$ on my next (2nd) visit if i gave a review.

When I left (the first time), i asked about this and was told that it was too late, and that my next visit would be 45$. I didn't question anything, and came for my second session, and asked again about the 30$ offer. I was told my another girl at the front that yes that was how it worked, then shortly the girl that attended to me the day before told me "No, She got the discount yesterday". I stated, how could I have gotten the discount if it was my first time and i didn't even use the service to be able to rate it on social media. The second girl agreed, but the other girl persisted that I wouldn't get the second day at 30 with my review. She came to me later on and said i would be getting it after all, but it was just a little weird i have to admit.

This doesn't change my first impression of this place, and i stand my my initial review, just thought I'd document this for anyone else's...

The ambiance and the true spa like experience is remarkable at eclipse. It is always nice and clean - no complaints there. I booked at prenatal massage and I was just not impressed. The massage therapist was very nice and pleasant however, never asked if I needed more pressure, where I was feeling tension, etc. I basically got lotion rubbed on me for 50 minutes - I would not consider would I got done a massage. Additionally, I paid an extra $10 for the bio freeze add on, and come to find out it’s just the little sample packets they use. I recall many years ago they used to give those out for free after your massage, and now they charge $10 for it! That seems like a big rip off. And to top it off, the entire thing wasn’t used and I wasn’t offered to take it with me. In all I paid $165 and left dissatisfied. I recently got a prenatal massage at another establishment and the difference was like night and day. This was simply my experience this ONE time at Eclipse. My wife scheduled us an appointment yesterday and ordered me the 1 hour hot stone message with the tiger balm. The feel of the place was amazing, very comfortable, and relaxing. The young lady as the receptionist was sweet, caring, very professional and quick to greet us and show us around since it was our first time there. The bar was in the relaxing room and was outstanding. The young lady Mrs. Paloma, my lord was absolutely OUTSTANDING and very thorough and professional with her job. She stayed in one spot until she was happy with the feel of the knots being gone and her little hands and elbows were by all means the best in the business! Prices are somewhat high I guess but most definitely worth it!!! I will most definitely be returning for another hour or two massage! This is the first time in 15years that my back shoulders and arms have had ZERO pain. If you get the chance go there and I swear you will not be disappointed!
