Vape City — Local services in Deer Park

I really enjoy visiting this Vape Shop due to the very cool, friendly and extremely knowledgeable employees! I had a batch of pods that didn’t seem quite right and then leaked out. I did not have my receipt but Alex knew me from my many previous visits. He actually replaced the pack of pods with a brand new pack of my choice. During the SAME visit, I also had two pods from different packs I brought back there (BTW, all of the defective pods were of the SAME BRAND they no longer carry!) which did not work correctly so I was allowed to choose two free pods of my choice from a large selection of single pods that were still sealed in their packages that were cut from packs of 4... VapeCity also gives you HUGE DISCOUNTS in the form of coupons sent to your phone via text message through “Fivestars” in which you can get a free app for your mobile phone. If you prefer email, they will email them to you. The ONLY reason why I would EVER give VapeCity SLIGHTLY less than a 5 Star rating is due to some of the high pricing of certain products I personally use. BUT, if you utilize the coupons sent to you, the prices drop by 25%! Also, just for filling out a YELP! review about your first experience there, you get 25% off your purchase of ANYTHING including all vaping apparatus’... INCLUDING THAT FIRST PURCHASE!!! I have tried at least 4-5 other Vape Shops and found their variety and inventory to be ridiculously SMALL compared to VapeCity! I love how clean the store is and how it is set up, it is very appealing to the eye! ALSO... VapeCity is open 24/7, 7 days per week🥳. So, if you work at one of the enormous amount of Plants in the Deer Park/Pasadena/La Porte area at odd shift hours, VapeCity will ALWAYS be open to you! I will never use a different Vape Shop. ASK FOR ALEX! He usually works the 6PM to 6AM shift. I KNOW you will enjoy your experience...

This place displays absolutely terrible customer service. We went in to make serious purchases because my husband’s vape collection was recently stolen. We walked in and the lady (ironically also named Dulce) asked if there was anything she could help with and my husband asked for a particular item and she said no and walked away. She proceeded to walk to the back of the store and made a personal phone call. Correct me if I’m wrong but if the store does not have what we are looking for, the employee should try to suggest something comprable or let us know what they do have. After some browsing on our own, another employee asked if there was anything she could help with (didn’t catch her name). To that my husband answered, “it would be nice!”. She was a lot more friendly (did not have that RBF) and helped my husband. She was nice and willing to help but unfortunately did not have the knowledge to answer all his questions. Since we were already at the store, my husband did make a minimal purchase ($175) just to get by until we found a 100% better shop with employees that go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. To all those who may find this review helpful, visit Vapor Country down Luella in Deer Park. They value customers as opposed to those in Vape City. Dulce treated us like we were an inconvenience. Vapor Country got our money and will continue to do so...

First off, thanks, Naomi, for the ever-fantastic experience! My husband and I love this vape shop! They're open 24/7 which is awesome sauce because most vape shops don't open until 9 or 10 a.m...but what we love best is the service. I've only ever spoken with Naomi, it's my husband that usually runs into the vape shop to grab what we need, but she's always been super helpful when I call. My husband recently bought a tank (FreeMax Fire Luke), but we come for the juice! You can always count on Vape City to have great vape juice flavors. And if they don't have what you're looking for, Naomi is your go-to girl. She helped my husband (who is soooo picky) find a vape juice he liked, and she is very knowledgeable about what vape juices they have in stock, what's coming in, etc. Many other vape shops seem to only do the bare minimum to get you in, get you to buy something, and get you out as fast as humanly possible, but Naomi takes the time to actually make you feel like a valued customer, she's a keeper! We'll definitely keep coming to Vape City Deer Park, y'all stay awesome!
