Kids Empire Deer Park — Attraction in Deer Park

This was our first time going to this place. We had tried calling ahead of time to ask some questions before heading in and we didn't get any answer. We walk in with some drinks in our hand and the person at the front immediately says no outside drinks allowed. I said I'm sorry, we will return them to our car. We tried to call before we ordered our drinks (the Dutch Bros was in the same parking lot) I explained to the person it is our first time here. She pointed to the tablet on the wall and said fill it out. She didn't tell us anything else other than taking the payment and telling me I need socks before entering and those can be purchased there if I didn't have any. The other person told us take our shoes off before entering. We get to the table and notice the lockers and slot things on the side. Some had tubs to put multiple shoes, bags etc in there. I asked the people next to us how get them, and they said to ask the front. I asked for the tub. Went to place our things in there. We get to the area, there was like motorcycles there but they didn't move. They needed money to be added to a card. None of this was explained to us. So I go to the front and asked about pricing for the motorcycles and pay for the card. I like that there are two different areas. One for toddlers and one for older kids. The place did seem clean. The restrooms did too. My only complaint was that I wish they would have given us a small "orientation" before going in instead of learning as I go. They did have...

TLDR: It's a great fun place with lots to do - I highly recommend checking this place out.

We have come here twice with my son to come and play and each time we've spent 2-4 hours there with so much to do. The play area is large enough for adults to go and play with their kids. From my understanding they are still adding amenities to the facility so there will be even more to do once they have completed that. They have snacks and drinks there for adult and kids - Their bathrooms were clean and well kept and easily accessible

The one thing that I liked quite a bit is that if you keep your receipt it is good for the entire day! So if you're wanting to go grab a bite to eat or have other business to attend to - you can come back the same day and pick up where you left off.

The only gripe I have is because on our first visit the associates were not very welcoming nor explained anything about the business to us. They just took our payment and expected us to know what to do. When we asked questions they didn't seem very knowledgeable and just pointed to the signs. Although our second visit was quite different and were welcomed enthusiastically and were given a little background on what Kids Empire is. That's why I chose to not ding their star...

My daughter has had her party here the last 3 years. It has always been a pleasure at the Deer Park location. I will say however on yesterday I didn’t receive the same quality of service i have in the past. My first issue was being told I’d have 3 tables reserved for our party and only having 2 upon arrival so i had some guest sitting at undecorated tables as well as our gifts for space. Secondly, i was asked for a time to do cake to which I responded 4pm. 4pm came and our cake was not brought out and the kids were waiting so i myself walked up front to ask for our cake so we could proceed. Lastly, we usually receive a cart to help transfer gifts and our cake to the front for an easier load. We NEVER received a cart. Luckily, my guest helped a ton so i didn't have to make several trips myself. I will say that this was the most parties I've seen for a 2pm slot since we started 3 years ago so maybe they did not have the man power but, i was a little disappointed in the lack of service we received.
