Oh My Tea! - Deer Park — Restaurant in Deer Park

Well, I have tried this place several times and every time I make a point of asking for "No Ice" because like Starbucks, they put a lot of ice in the drinks and make them all watery and you get water and ice and you get no product. My wife and I came by yesterday and we said it many times. " Please, no ice" and then when we got home. Our drinks were just as watery as they could be. Long story short, we won't be going back. I'm sick and tired of places. Ripping you off. The bill was about 14 to $16 and to me, if I asked for a drink that is thick and creamy and not watery, I shouldn't Have a problem with getting that, but for some reason or another, they could not do it??????. I'll give you an example. I went through a sonic restaurant. Drive through and I asked for a cheeseburger. And here's the response I got. Do you want cheese on that cheeseburger.??????? The people coming up these days. The younger people are as dumb as rocks, and I don't mean pet rocks. I'm an older gentlemen, seventy three years of age, and i'm wondering where my america went to???????? If this place wants to stay in business, then they should give people what they pay for. And by extension what they ask for. I'm done going there. Trying to convince them that I enjoy the product but, I want it the way I want it and if they can't do that. Well, then they'll not get my business, and maybe not...

First time here, and to my surprise it was really Great. The lady's behind the counter( register) were very friendly and helpful. Answering my questions with a smile the whole time. My granddaughter is the one who wanted to come here and I had a bad attitude not really wanting to go ..but once there, and I got my drink and they got what they wanted ..my whole mood changed. I love milk tea, but I am allergic to all food dye and coloring. The staff were incredibly helpful, letting me read the labels on the flavoring, and telling me what foods contained the allergen. This was a great experience!
