I went to the store the day before the 4th of July to buy carne asada meat. The butcher I encouraged was extremely rude and I feel was being racist toward me as I am not Hispanic. This attitude is not acceptable. I spent around $100 on meat. I'm writing this review almost 2 months after the transaction because it is bothering me. I asked for carne asada. The butcher gave me attitude and said all the meat is carne asada in a bad way. Carne asada is typically a marinated skirt steak. Fajita's is made from a marinaded flank steak.
