I recently had Paula as my realtor, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the initial house viewing seemed promising, there was inconsistent information between the posted details and what was presented to me and my family in person.
One of the disappointing experiences is that she proposed a deposit fee for my (ESA) dog. I explained my concern about the fee and how the FHA also makes it illegal for a landlord or homeowner to set different conditions or terms on the sale or rental of a home.
My family and I decided to decline the offer due to the "illegal fee" and undisclosed details in the listing. However, the discouraging conversation with Paula over the phone expressed a sense of anger and disrespect, leaving me concerned about professional ethics in the process.
Effective communication and client understanding are crucial in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, Paula failed completely in these aspects. I expected a more client-oriented approach, even if a sale wasn't guaranteed.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Paola to enhance her professionalism and her crucial need for building better customer relations skills...
Read moreWe purchased a home from Yeiry (JD) Sanchez (Keller Williams) She failed to disclose problems with the home which she flipped. During walkthrough we saw a bubble on the ceiling and asked if there was a leak in the roof. She stated she didn't know anything about it. My husband lifted the rug right underneath the bubble on the ceiling and the wood floor was damaged. She had rented "staging" furniture to sell the house and used the rug to cover up the damage, doubling down saying she didn't know anything about this. She sent her roofer to check on the problem. He told us she did know & he was brought in June & august 2024 showing photos on his phone with dates of the work. She still denied knowing about it. We negotiated a price decrease to fix the problems & our roofer found more problems Two days after moving in, flying termites everywhere. We have to move out for three days to tent for termites. JD flipped/sold knowing & didn’t disclose. I hope no one has to go through...
Read moreWe used Anthony Piccolo as our real estate agent to buy a condo in Boynton Beach. He is absolutely amazing. We were buying a second home for my wife and I and a place for our son to live full-time.
We had very specific, cost, location, and space requirements, and a tight timeframe.
Anthony was extraordinarily patient, flexible, and was a great listener. He did a brilliant job of coordinating the purchase with the buyer’s agent, and lawyers. He recommnded recommended an engineering inspector,, insurance company, and a financing company that we retained. We loved them all!
We had some issues with the HOA and Anthony was able to resolve the problems.
Extremely important, Anthony was always accessible, including nights and weekends.
He is a top professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell property in the Boynton Beach...
