She went over and above to come look at my place and review with me what was needed for fixes before listing. We discussed and agreed on a listing price. She continuously set up showings and ensured that my place was presentable while I was away at work.

Amazingly, my house was on the market for only 13 days before we accepted an offer!

From that point, Courtney went beyond expectations in helping me navigate the legal paperwork of the pending sale, making the task easy and seamless. She ensured that I fully understood the process and that I timely submitted contracts, agreements and addendums. There was never a question that went unanswered and most were answered instantly.

Finally, on the last day before closing when I was feeling the stress of getting everything ready for the final walkthrough, Courtney came by to help. She even called in a favor to have some things taken away that the garbage company hadn’t taken! When I graciously thanked her for getting me out of a jam she replied with a smile, “There are never problems, there are only solutions”.

I’ve now happily arrived at my new destination where I plan to retire and Courtney played a huge role in getting me here!
