Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

I went in to place an order for a jetty punch I placed my order first. The lady proceeded to take 4 orders after me. Then she made all 4 of those people’s order before mine. I placed my order first, I asked why she was making mine last she said it was cause they had 2 blenders. I said there being 2 blenders has nothing to do with you making my order last. She proceeded to get rude and said that’s since I was being rude for asking why mine was being made last , now she’s definitely going to make mine last. Took the blender with my smoothie in it and sat it to the side while she proceeded to do more orders. It took me 20 minutes and having to wait for everyone else that ordered after me getting theirs first before she made mine. Then the other lady working with her came over and start being rude and arguing as well. The 2 ladies that were working on 2-17-24 at 11:30 need fired or the very least written up. It was an African American lady with braids and mixed girl neither of which would tell me there name by the way. I like the food, and I very strongly dislike one of the employees at this location. One day recently, i forgot to ask her to remove the tomato sauce from my sandwich, before she began making it. Honest mistake. So when I asked her if she could remove the tomato sauce, she sighed an exaggeratedly long sigh and said she would remake it. Then she remade it, with tomato sauce again. Hilariously incompetent employee, with an attitude. I ate it anyways and decided whatever it’s fine. I come back today, and I order my meal. And before I can say no tomato sauce to the cashier, she rudely interrupts me to say “with no tomato sauce”, while looking at me with a condescending expression on her face (as if she’s in any position to be condescending lmao) Her supervisor gave me the meal for free, I don’t ask for that but I suppose I appreciated it. My friend had a horrible experience with a manager yesterday at this location. He was confrontational , verbally abusive , threatened to slap my friends phone out of his hand for trying to record his temper tantrum. My friend is severely embarrased , will never return to this location. I personally know many people that work for this company and his customer service skills are below par , his social skills are in the toilet , and tried to flex his yearly income over my friends jsut cuz he was trying to pasy cash for his smoothie. Absolutely god awful , will be reporting this to corporate and hope that the business reaches out in regards to this concern. As my friend left he tipped literally every other worker then the manager that was horrible at his job just to show that vulgar language and horrible customer service will not only get you nowhere , but it will have consequences.
