Carolyn's Designer Resale — Local services in Del Mar

Horrible customer service. Not one person said 'Hello' as I entered and browsed on 9/16/16. The staff rambled around me unaware of my existence and restocked items on racks I was currently looking at. As I was trying on a $298 shoe I was finally acknowledged....but it was ONLY because they noticed I had brought a coffee in with me....they acknowledge me by asking me if they could 'put the coffee behind the counter??' Coffee is not allowed I assume. Which is fine...but still no other greeting or offer of assistance which was awkward. I left without the $298 shoe that I was interested in. We just moved and live 2 blocks from this store. I had been excited to check it out in my neighborhood. This was my first... and unfortunately...

They have cute stuff but beware of them mislabeling. I came in today and found a pair of sunglasses I was really excited about. I went to checkout and they said they had mislabeled them and wanted to charge me more for them. They had handed me the sunglasses with them labeled wrong and instead of making right on their mistake they tried to offer me other sunglasses in that price range. It was a $70 difference and left me feeling wronged and unhappy. Be careful of this place, there’s a lack of attention and to detail and...

Although I usually don't shop in designer retail stores, I was recommended Carolyn's to resell some clothes. And I must Say, I couldn't have asked for a BETTER experience. Not only did the Staff sell ALL of the clothes I brought, she also gave me an INCREDIBLE deal on a Chanel Necklace for my sister.

All in All, I thought it was worth a Review, to let other people know about this place. I would definitely Suggest this place to anyone who has nice clothes to resell, and Anyone Looking For CHEAP GOOD Deals on...
