My most recent visit at the Verizon store was different than before. I will admit, I was extremely upset and flustered that my phone that I only had a year was having so many issues. I honestly was ready to give up both LG and Verizon. But my rep ensured me that I had several options to get a different phone from what I had at the moment. One option was to pay $200 and get insurance replacement, which I did not want to do. Another option was to pay $288 plus the sales tax in setup of a Google pixel since that is the phone I originally wanted. But the last option I was presented with was one that took a while to wrap my mind around. The store representative mention that Verizon would not only payoff my $288 balance on my current phone but they would also give me $100 off by Trading my phone in. So immediately I looked at my representative with a confused look wondering why on Earth would they just hand out $400 that easily. But he reminded me that although Verizon maybe a little more in price then other carriers, you absolutely get what you pay for. But not only that you pay for what you deserve. So overall my representative reminded me that I was definitely getting the treatment in service in which I as a customer and as a person deserved to receive. Needless to say, my frustrations quickly left the room and I was undoubtedly one satisfied customer once again. I would like to thank the Verizon store in Deland. And I would like to send a great deal of appreciation to my representative for allowing me to vent but also giving me such a wonderful promotion to get me up and running with the working phone.    Read moreWorst Verizon Store I've ever visited. Both times, I received NO help. The first time I went, last fall, the salesperson I talked to told me that I should leave there and go to another store, since they were not the closest store to me. Everything I needed help with, or wanted to purchase, he found a reason why his store should not help with it. Then on Monday, Labor Day, I walked in the store needing help with a phone that doesn't work well. I am going to buy a new phone, but not there. It was 4:50 pm. Sign on the door said they close at 6 pm on Sunday, though it was Monday. The two salesmen were busy with current customers. The moment I walked in the door, the salesman closest to the door looked up and asked me in a forbidding manner what I needed. He said in a very hostile way they could not help me that day, since it was almost 5 pm, and they would be with the current customers for quite a long time. He never got up from his seat, told me he was sorry, gave me his card, or suggested a time I might come back. Didn't say whether appointments were required? There were NO cards for any salesman or contact information to call to make an appointment that were visible in the store. I walked around looking for them,.    Read moreI would leave a negative -10 if I could, called a couple weeks ago due to going in there and upgrading my phone 1 1/2 years ago and now suddenly have a new 400$ new charge saying I discontinued a line before the contract. Which is wrong someone did something shady they also told me I was getting a deal with this new package and Lowered my bill by 10$ monthly which all they did was sneakingly remove my hot spots and lowered my package to a downgrade! Money hungry commission place for sales. I left a message with someone over a week ago to have the manager call me back and he never did stopped in and he was too âbusyâ now filing a complaint with bbb and Verizonâs corporate. Also have a records of an electronic signature that was not mine saying I was canceling my phone and never turned it in. Which is also all untrue. Another lie is when I went in there I asked if they were an authorized dealer or an actual Verizon store they told me they were Verizon. Liars when I called last week I told the young man they are scam artist and he said yea itâs all new people because they had that reputation and the guy I had is no longer there but could not tell me if it was the same manager.
