My wife and I went there to get her a new bathing suit and we had our dogs in the car, windows down in cloudy weather, for maybe 20 minutes when they announced over the PA that they were calling the police. The dogs were in no way endangered in the vehicle, again with windows down, overcast, and for a short time, I explained this to the woman at the front and was given instant argument and made to seem like a horrible person. The nerve!! my wife was in the changing room at the time and so I left to sit with the dogs in the car and run the AC, after which they CONTINUED to bash me in front of my wife!! Screw these people!! BEWARE going shopping at this franchise, HOLD on to your phone tightly. I set my phone down and forgot I set it there, walked away and somebody turned my phone off BUT i was able to GPS the device while its off and for 2 days now its still inside that store. Its still there now. So hold on to your phone in there. I've addressed it with the staff there and one female that ensured over the phone that she was a lead shift manager at the evening shifts. Why hasn't management or higher up fixed the ac? It's been broken for month and you have employees working in that crap, the portable ac that you have had in the store does not do enough with this Florida heat, Couldn't even try on clothes because I was dripping sweat,dripping.
