Gateway Village — Local services in DeLand

This little shopping center has several stores we use on a regular basis: specifically the Office Depot, Wendy's, Arby's and a vacuum store. There are others there as well that always seem busy enough.

My only complaint about this shopping center is the disrepair of the parking lot. You won't tear out the bottom of your car here, or blow out the alignment on pot holes but it does need maintenance and without it my concern for the future is that some of the nicer stores will tire of it, move on, and we'll be left...

This shopping center is well laid out and it’s easy to walk to any store, no matter where you park. It’s much better than the shopping center diagonally across the intersection from it in that respect. Like many nearby congregations of stores, this parking lot doesn’t have nearly enough shade, which makes no sense in Florida. Office Depot business center is courteous and kind. Today we signed in and printed 3 marketing portfolios! Also we lamenated important presentation documents. Sheldon always makes sure our business has everything we need, he is especially knowledgable with a knowledgeable team!
