I placed an order through the app for delivery. When order arrived a sub was missing, i called the store and i couldnt tell if the individual was male or female that answered the phone claiming to be the manager. They told me i would need to bring my entire order back to the store and they would possibly make the sandwich again. Mind you i just paid 5 in delivery fees and 5 tip. I explained that this was ridiculous. The person says ma'am if you keep yelling at me im going to hang up. I stated i am not yelling at you, can i speak to someone else. Megan then got on the phone stating that she was the manager and she was very busy slicing meat. She would need to contact the owner and doordash. I did not place the order through doordash. She stated thats funny because made the sandwich myself and put it in the bag. I said possibly you put it in the wrong bag but i did not receive it. I explained that we ordered over an hour ago and i felt that she should address my issue as they had already collected my money. She stated she would get back with me when she was able to. Does anyone know who the franchise is? This is unacceptable customer service in my opinion. I must add that Megan did just call back and told me she refunded the cost if the one missing sub. I...

Still funny l, with giggles and trading snide glances amongst each other. I'm sure there was some type of reasoning behind a customer service agent to come and scan the items we had intended on purchasing (already bagged). When all was good after the random scanning, customer service employee apologized and left Racial, nah, more like a...

I come here quite often to shop at Kroger and to go out to eat and I have never once been...
