Subway — Restaurant in Delaware

Employee (elvin) did not give me receipt. I originally ordered 3 subs and 2 wraps from The subway on Sancus BLVD. They didn't give me one of the wraps. When I called the lady had no idea how to refund the money and just. Said "I dunno" to my questions. So I went on the app to ask for my refund, but that will take 24 hours and my daughter still needs something to eat so I bought another steak wrap from the subway in delaware. The wrap was so small it was half the size of the one I got from the other subway and it didn't have the cucumbers. I went in and Elvin (not wearing a name tag or hat) refused to make me another wrap. I have spent now $20 for 2 steak wraps. One I never received and the second was sub par and missing ingredients. If I could give negative Stars I most certainly would. Walked in the store at 2:25p. 2 ladies present. Only one minimally making effort to do something. Both visually took note of my entry, said nothing. Within a few minutes a man appears from the back. Notes my presents, looks away. My client and I visit this Subway often and yesterday 9/10/25 the woman who was working cares more about whoever she is talking to her on her phone than she does the customer. We’ve had one other encounter with her a few weeks ago, and it was exactly the same! She has her phone in her ear and talking on the phone the entire time while trying to take orders.
